Lovely work!

I didn't know you liked Doctor Who & Torchwood too! I love Captain Jack, and am a long-time Who fan. *grin*

Snagging a couple of the wallpapers.

BTW, one of the WP links is messed up - the second Captain Jack WP links to the last Doctor WP.

Doctor Who was forced upon me but i'm so glad it was. It rocks. But Rose leaving - I'm not over that and I'm not sure I will be for a while *sniff* and Torchwood, well, it's Jack - how could I not watch? lol

YAY! also, more Who fans!!! :D

I'll try and fix the last one. I had so much trouble getting them up. Stupid internet. It took me half the blooming day!

I'm a 'Doctor Who' fan from way back. From the old days of the Original 'Doctor Who' that ran from 1963 to the late 80's. I'm in the States, and a local TV station used to run 'Doctor Who' in the late 70's and 80's, and I got hooked back then.

(My icon is the 3rd Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith, one of my favorite eras of the show. *g*)

Rose's departure was kinda sad, but on 'Doctor Who', a companion leaving the show is nothing new. I've seen 10 different actors play the Doctor, and nearly all of the 30 different companions -- so after seeing so many people come and go, it's no big deal anymore, it's just part of the charm of the show.

Sarah Jane Smith - i cried in that episode (the new one) with her in it. I think I could have happily watched her return as the companion. I'm not so keen on the new one...

I started out watching 9 with dad - it was sort of forced upon me but he was a long time fan, since he was a little kid, so he insisted. It was weird at first, but once you get used to it it has such a charm about it. I eventually converted a few of my friends as well :D Then I started watching the old doctors on the ABC. The one with the scarf *heart* the one with the celary *WTF* and the one after that. But I still like 9 and 10 best. :D

I'm soooo glad there are more doctor who fans, it's such a great show. I just hope RTD survives through this tough bit :D

Which one? Martha? We haven't even seen her yet.

But if you mean the woman from The Runaway Bride, thankfully she's not sticking around.

The 'one with the scarf' is the 4th Doctor, Tom Baker, and he is my favorite Doctor (if I had to pick just one). He was the first Doctor I watched, and he was on the show the longest, 7 years, so his goofy charm has a special place in my heart. *G*

#5, Peter Davison, is 'the one with the celery'. I wasn't that crazy about him, or the one after, Colin Baker. #3, Jon Pertwee, the grey-haired Doctor on my icon, is my other favorite.

Tennant and Eccleston have done wonderful jobs as the Doctor, but since I'm a fan from the old-school Who days, back when the Doctor *never* had anything but a platonic friendship with his companions, I find the recent romanticism of the Doctor very strange at times. The way #10 has been written so far, he's been a bit too emo for my liking. The way it was handled with Eccleston was ok, but some of Tennant's stories with Rose crossed the line (Although I liked Girl in the Fireplace, so go figure!).

A lot of times, in the old series, the Doctor treated his human friends more like pets than friends or a lovers. And sometimes I think I prefer it that way, LOL.

I snagged a few. ( No hotlinking here, I don't even know how to do that haha). I love Doctor Who! My Husband watched it like crazy and I just got into it. Wtf with Rose leaving? I am not sure if I can handle that.
