ooooh how it should have been

It scares me how everything about this movie now pretty much makes sense. This is a lesson in how to take a good script - and trash it into hollywood drivel.

Wow! I mean... wow! I couldn't watch the whole movie because some of the scenes made me want to bump my head against the nearest wall upon the idiocy of the characters, not to mention I wanted to shout at the screen which would disrupt my friends from watching.

So I was interested to see this script. And although I haven't read all of it yet, I jumped to several of the scenes that made me go -nuh uh, not wasting my time anymore on this - and hold and behold.... they made sense here! They were different and even though the characters still made mistakes, human ones, they weren't as glaringly idiotic as in the movie. Any idea why this wasn't the movie I half-watched? Or rather... is this a script of a fan who wanted to make things better? Because if so, then kudos to him and thanks to you for linking:-)

This is the REAL original script. :)

I know... i was reading it (only half way through yet) and all these inexplicable things suddenly started to make sense. I especially liked the underwater scene in the beginning - far creeper.

Must say, the way the script is written is also exceptional.

Wow. This is actually kind of painful now to know what this movie could have and was supposed to have been compared with what we got.

I find it a bit like watching an average movie based on a good book... the script makes it hurt less lol
