The Score!!!

Electric Company has been mysteriously swamped lately by purchase requests for our 2005 film The Score.  So we've decided to start stocking DVDs for mail order and phone sales.  With apologies to the Internet.

The Score is a musical drama about a scientist whose own genetic history threatens her career, her lab and her life.  Dr. Magnusson is a brilliant geneticist racing to isolate a cancer-causing gene.  All that’s standing in her way is competition from a well-funded French lab, her ticking biological clock, a risky office romance, and the fear that she might carry the same Huntington’s gene that prematurely ended her mother’s life.  Adapted from Electric Company's play of the same title, The Scoreexplores the human elements and revolutionary implications of the rapidly advancing world of genetics, transforming scientific ideas into universal themes of identity, freedom and creation.

Here are the details:

THE SCORE - AVAILABLE ON DVD by mailing cheque, registered cheque, or money order in Canadian funds to "Electric Company - Score Purchases", 1422 William Street, Vancouver, BC, Canada,  V5L 2P7.  The following rates apply per unit:

Canadian and US orders: $30 + $10 shipping + $4.80 H.S.T. (BC's sales tax) = $44.80

International orders: $30 + $20 shipping + $6 H.S.T. = $56.00

Please include your return address, and expect 4-6 weeks for shipping.

uh what? They are ripping you off if they make you pay tax. If you are not from Canada, you don't need to pay their local tax. lol...

that said, it does not stop unscrupulous vendors trying to get extra bucks.
